Absolutely doesn’t loose its shape
I bought 4 of these pillows with no expectations but They did not disappoint. Firm but comfortable as it takes the shape of my body and gives me support as well.The filling was exactly as described and very comfortable.

I did not find it hard
High quality, very premium. In particular great filling and medium firmness, shape retention was excellent. It gave effective support to my neck and head.
