I received the pillows today and was impressed by the quality. Very nicely packaged and when the pillows were taken out of the wrap they started to expand. Excellent quality, feels fresh, and super, super comfortable.

I wish they were a little thicker but they are quite comfortable.

I have both upper back and neck problems, but not with this pillow. I find them very comfortable when I sleep on them. They conform nicely to my head and to side sleeping. I traveled with one of them and it was so convenient.
