As a side sleeper, I’ve had a hard time finding the right pillow that provides support without hurting my neck. These pillows are a dream come true! I like hard pillows, but these I would say it is a medium "hardness" but it doesn't bother me, it is just so good.

It keeps its shape and bounce while I am in a deep sleep, meaning that on wakening my neck and shoulders really feel that they have been able to relax and rest.

No neck or shoulder aches on waking up, its great worth every penny. In fact very good value because other pillows are more expensive and don't work for me but these are the only pillows worked for me.
