Not hard
I especially like that this pillow didn't need time to settle in because it wasn't hard or too high when lying down from my first use. I’ve slept really well since I got this pillow and it’s soft but supportive and I’m really happy with the feel of this pillow.

great night's sleep
When they arrived they were wrapped so tightly the box was very small and I thought I had another pair of low quality pillows. How wrong could I have been. I opened the parcel and let the pillows return to shape and I have to say they are fantastic. Definitely believe the hype. Nice and firm and plump. I know sleep with one of these instead of two old pillows and it's more than enough. They definitely make for a great night's sleep and haven't lost their shape or bounce after a few months use

Recommended for comfort
Wool pillows are some of my favourites and this one does not disappoint. It's a medium firmness and nicely full inside. Thickness is similar to a hotel style pillow but feels more premium. A very comfortable pillow, it's a good height for me and is more supportive than fibre pillows, recommended for comfort.
