They are very soft and very comfortable, but they hold your head very well and their shape is restored and they don't crush like others that softly sink and you don't seem to have a pillow.

These pillows are not what I would call firm pillows, but they work for me. The two weeks that I have used them, I have slept very well. These are the deepest fluffiest pillows I own.

I bought this pillow as a pillow to go under my main pillow for shoulder support as my shoulder was hurting from little support from my other pillow but I slept on it one night and realized the quality is excellent, and the pillow stays supportive throughout the night without going flat that I ended up making this pillow the main.
