Very breathable. It fits my mattress perfectly, providing an added layer of softness that has significantly improved my sleep quality. lt actually protect my mattress which was the main reason I bought it. Delighted to have bought this. With a very hyperactive toddler, who spilled water multiple times on the mattress. This protector Keeps my mattress save every time. It really don't feel like you sleeping on plastic because it doesn't make you sweat. It is a good even best protector.
