Excellent choice
I was one pillow insert short and bought this one. It was exactly what I was looking for. It is sturdy but soft and was the perfect size. This is a great way to change your decor with the seasons without having to buy multiple covered pillows.

avoid neck stiffness
These cushions are great for behind the head or under the elbow when you're working in your recliner. They help me to avoid neck stiffness. Mine have held up well, but that really depends on what cover you close for the cushion
